    Right to Decline Service

    AdBIQ reserves the right to refuse service, modify campaign terms, or withdraw service offerings at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of technical constraints, compliance requirements, operational limitations, or any other circumstances that AdBIQ deems pertinent. Such refusals or adjustments may occur without prior notice and are not grounds for liability or claims against AdBIQ.


    Limitations of Liability

    To the fullest extent permissible by law, AdBIQ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data, impression metrics, or information provided through our platforms or services. All impression counts and engagement metrics are based on third-party data and industry-standard predictive methods; they are estimates, not guarantees. AdBIQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to losses in revenue, profit, data, or goodwill. This limitation applies to any damages resulting from external factors beyond AdBIQ’s control, such as third-party errors, fluctuations in traffic patterns, technological disruptions, regulatory changes, or unforeseen operational issues.


    Finality of Individual Client Contracts

    All terms and conditions, including pricing, impression guarantees, and service availability, are finalized only in individual contracts with specific clients. Any information provided prior to the execution of a contract, including service descriptions and preliminary data estimates, is subject to adjustment and does not create binding obligations for AdBIQ.


    Indemnification

    The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdBIQ, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with the client’s use of AdBIQ’s services, including but not limited to any third-party claims regarding copyright infringement, trademark violations, or the content of creative materials provided by the client.


    Regulatory Compliance and Content Standards

    All creative materials must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards for content clarity, safety, and legality. AdBIQ reserves the right to reject or remove any content that does not meet these requirements, and such rejections shall not constitute grounds for contract termination. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their advertising content does not violate these standards, and AdBIQ disclaims liability for delays or issues resulting from non-compliant submissions.


    Modifications and Service Adjustments

    AdBIQ reserves the right to modify or terminate services, adjust location placements, or change service terms as necessary to maintain regulatory compliance or respond to operational demands. In such cases, AdBIQ will make reasonable efforts to notify clients promptly. Any service modifications or changes in location that are made to meet regulatory or operational standards shall not be grounds for contract cancellation or refund.

    By engaging AdBIQ’s services, the client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these terms and agrees to hold AdBIQ harmless for any claims or losses that may arise in connection with the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
